American Durafilm designs and manufactures to order any size bag in our manufacturing facility located in Holliston, Massachusetts for any quantity small or large. Custom fittings can be installed and rigid Teflon® tubing can be heat sealed into bags allowing gases and liquids to flow in and out. We specialize in heat sealing a variety of high performance materials including Kapton®, Teflon® FEP, Teflon® PFA, and Tefzel®, and TCGF belting.

All heat seals are made on state of the art thermal impulse heat sealing equipment, insuring maximum seal strength. With custom designs and configurations available including straight from .125” to 1.6” wide as well as radius or contiguous circle seals we invite you to challenge us with your design. With our state of the art design and prototyping equipment we can offer cost effective processes to meet your heat sealing needs.
